In the last 4 years, our CEO Aran Curry, using his years of experience in property investment, has sourced and purchased over 120 properties, 90% of which required little or no cash input, in order to finance them.
Aran’s strong finance background and sound investing strategies have given him the tools to locate and refinance select investment properties, allowing purchases to be made with little initial deposit.
